1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns on items that meet the following criteria:
- Return request is made within 14 days of delivery.
- Item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Item must be free from odors, stains, and damage.
Non-returnable items:
- Sale items and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Custom or personalized apparel.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:
- Email us at divinelymadevisionaries@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made a mistake.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you:
- Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
If you need a different size or color:
- Email us to request an exchange.
- We recommend placing a new order to ensure availability, and we’ll process the return separately.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
- We will replace the item at no additional cost or offer a full refund.
